Ingredients

1½ lbs flank steak

3 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 2 limes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin
-
½ tsp smoked paprika

Warm corn or flour tortillas

Diced white onion
-
Chopped cilantro
-
Avocado or guacamole
-
Pico de gallo
-
Crumbled queso fresco

Sour cream

Hot sauce
Directions
In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Add flank steak and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook flank steak 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium, depending on thickness. Remove from heat and let rest 5–10 minutes.

Slice steak thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
Fill warm tortillas with sliced flank steak.
Top with onion, cilantro, and desired toppings.
