SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing FPB. We're dedicated to delivering the highest quality premium meat to your doorstep. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.
1. DELIVERY AREA
Florida Premium Beef offers shipping nationwide (lower 48 states).
2. PRODUCT QUALITY
We take pride in providing premium meats that remains frozen at the time of arrival. We go above and beyond by using thick Styrofoam coolers with enough dry-ice to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
FPB delivers every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Orders must be placed by Monday to guarantee it will ship the same week. Orders placed on Tuesday or Wednesday may go out that week pending on order volume, dry ice availability, etc. This does not include beef share orders. Beef Share orders will take 2-5 weeks for processing, delivery times will be communicated both by text and email. Delays in shipping can be influenced by holidays, weather events, or any other unforeseen events.
4. COMMUNICATION
To keep you informed throughout the delivery process, we will provide a tracking number via email so that you can be prepared to receive your order.
5. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please receive, inspect, and properly store your order in a timely manner. We recommend having a meat temperature probe ready in the event your meat arrives thawed. As long as the meat temperature is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, your meat is safe to place into your freezer. If your meat temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit or above, please take a photo and follow the process below based on your level of shipping protection.
6. Shipping Responsibility and Shipping Protection
To continue offering competitive pricing and free shipping thresholds, Florida Premium Beef does not assume responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or spoiled in transit unless Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout.
If Shipping Protection Is Not Purchased:

Florida Premium Beef is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or spoiled packages once they are transferred to the shipping carrier.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for carrier-related issues, including loss, theft, misdelivery, or spoilage during transit.
If Shipping Protection Is Purchased:
Shipping protection is provided by our third-party shipping protection partner, Corso, and covers eligible issues including:

Loss

Theft
-
Damage
-
Missing or incorrect items
-
Return-to-sender shipments

Other carrier-related errors
All shipping protection claims are handled directly through Corso.
7. How to File a Shipping Protection Claim (Corso)
If you purchased shipping protection and experience an issue with your delivery:

Access Corso’s customer portal using the link provided in your order confirmation or shipping notification email.

Enter your order number and contact information.

Submit any required details or photos.

Corso’s support team will review your claim and provide a resolution, including replacement when applicable.
Florida Premium Beef does not process, approve, or override shipping protection claims.
