All products ship frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice.

Our packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. You can use a meat thermometer to ensure your meat arrived at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below. If your meat is warmer than 40 degrees Fahrenheit please take photos immediately and follow the process below.

Some thawing may occur during shipping; product is considered safe if it is still cold to the touch upon arrival.

To continue offering competitive pricing and free shipping thresholds, Florida Premium Beef does not assume responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or spoiled in transit unless Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout.
If Shipping Protection Is Not Purchased:

Shipping protection is provided by our third-party shipping protection partner, Corso, and covers eligible issues including:

All shipping protection claims are handled directly through Corso.
📦 How to File a Shipping Protection Claim (Corso)
If you purchased shipping protection and experience an issue with your delivery:

Corso’s support team will review your claim and provide a resolution, including replacement when applicable.
Florida Premium Beef does not process, approve, or override shipping protection claims.
