RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At FPB, we value your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to review our refund policy.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

FPB does not accept returns or issue refunds for beef that has been delivered in good condition. We encourage you to review our cancellation policy if you wish to cancel an order prior to delivery.

Please note that we will review all claims within a 30 day purchase window. It's important to inspect your products prior to placing into your freezer so that you can let us know if anything is damaged. 

Please note that meat is considered safe to refreeze as long as the temperature is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival. To best assist you with your claim, please use a meat thermometer to get a temperature of the piece(s) of concern, take a picture of the temperature while in the meat and email customersupport@floridapremiumbeef.com.

 

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE

If you encounter any issues with the quality of our meats, we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly. Please contact us at customersupport@floridapremiumbeef.com immediately.

Within 30 days of purchase, we will assess all situations on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.

3. REFUND DISCRETION

Refunds, when granted, are at the sole discretion of FPB. Our aim is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, and we will work closely with you to find a fair and satisfactory solution to any issues you may encounter.

Please note we do not refund based on “taste” as this is subjective. We recommend purchasing a small quantity of our 100% grass fed and grass finished meat prior to making large purchases such as beef or pork shares.
