Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ cup beef broth or water

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or brioche)

1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby jack, or blend)

Pickles or sliced onions (optional)

3 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef broth and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly saucy. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Layer ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, pickles or shredded onions and add top buns.

Brush melted butter over tops and sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
Cover loosely with foil and bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until tops are golden.
Slice and serve warm.
