Florida Premium Beef is a family-owned farm that takes immense pride in providing the highest quality, grass fed and grass finished, premium beef. The owners, Kyle and Dawson Smith, were inspired to start this venture to combat the scarce availability of quality beef to the conscious consumer.
They decided to utilize their farm in Baker County, Florida to raise premium "claims based" cattle — pasture raised, grass fed, grass finished, no hormones or antibiotics. This results in healthier beef that is still marbled, juicy, and rich in flavor, much like what one would expect at a high-end steakhouse.
Kyle and Dawson maintain deep relationships with other local producers and processors, that adhere to their same grass fed and grass finished program, enabling them to maintain high standards of quality from start to finish. They believe that a healthy, premium craft beef should be readily available to the public and it's their mission to provide.

Are your cows grassfed?
Yes, all of our cows are pasture raised and 100% grass fed and grass finished.
Do you give your cattle mRNA vaccines?
No, we do not give our cattle the mRNA vaccine and we will NEVER give our cattle the mRNA vaccine!
Is your beef USDA certified?
Yes, 100% of our beef is processed by a USDA certified processer. This means that a certified USDA inspector sits on site while the cow is being processed and certifies things such as cleanliness, proper handling, etc. when being processed to reduce the risk of foodborne illness.
What grade of beef do you sell?
While we don’t have our meat graded by a USDA inspector, we strive to have rich marbling in our meat through our high class finishing pastures.
